About Us

UBA Overview

UBA bowling isn’t your grandma’s league night—it’s a straight-up battle on the lanes. Since 2009, the UBA has thrown down over 5,000 events across nearly 300 centers, building a squad of 13,000+ members deep and growing every season. This is where rivalries get settled, legends get made, and bragging rights get cashed in. Whether you’re chasing rings, repping your team, or just here for the smoke, the UBA is where bowling feels like a sport, a show, and a movement all at once.

History of the UBA

What started in 2009 has exploded into 13,000+ members deep, hundreds of events, and a culture that mixes pro-sport intensity with over-the-top showmanship. Founders Philip Chance and Tynell Tate lit the fuse-Philip shaping the brand and its swagger, Tynell steering the ship as CEO and pushing the UBA to new levels. Together they created a stage where bowlers can walk out like stars, battle like pros, and put their name in the history books.

But what really makes us different?

We’re not just about bowling; we’re about putting on a show. Like WWE, we bring the drama—epic rivalries, bold personas, and unforgettable moments. UBA teams and players don’t just compete; they create characters, engage in playful smack talk, and make every matchup feel like a main event. Every tour stop and every event is more than just a competition—it’s an experience.

Bring the Excitement of
Competitive Bowling to Your Center!

You can bring the excitement of the UBA to your center and join a thriving national network of center-franchisees benefiting from high-energy events that drive lane revenue, boost food and beverage sales, and become a destination for competitive players.
