Weekend Preview: NY is Open!

So what to do this weekend? Plenty…

1. NY alleys are open!
Yes, we’ve been harping about this all week. We’re still going to harp on it. They need your support. So go support them!

2. NY Bowling Pro Shops are open.
The number of NY Pro shops that have supported the UBA are immeasurable. The alleys need your help – and the pro shops more so. PLEASE give them some love if you’re in the area.

3. NJ and CT Tournaments
Blah blah King of the Hill blah blah blah Saturday tournaments in CT blah blah Foxwoods Bowling alley blah blah blahbbity blah.

4. Join a NY or NJ League?
As announced on Friday, the Governor has put in guidelines on bowling leagues in NY. League meetings in NJ have already started. If you want to join a league, now is the best time to start doing your research on it.

5. Sign the North Carolina Petition
There are a number of petitions being distributed to get the alleys reopened in North Carolina. It should be easy enough to at least find one of them on social media. In a year where political activity is crucial, there’s no better time to show your activist spirit than to help your fellow man, bowling worker and alley re-establish in North Carolina.
