Thirsty Mistletoe?

Good Afternoon All,

Happy Thirsty Thursday Post-Christmas Edition. I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. Please find below the culmination of my Strength of Schedule (SOS) project for the UBA Central Conference. This contains the SOS for every District in the Central Conference, individually and combined. SOS is ranked Toughest to Weakest, with the higher the number being the more difficult schedule and the lower the number being the easier schedule.

Please note that the numbers reflect the current winning percentage of teams in the DMV North and DMV Central as of December 24, 2024, which considers scheduling beginning from Tour Stop #5 up until Position Round ending the regular season for the UBA 2024-2025 Season in the Central Conference. Also, I did not consider the Position Round because it is impossible to calculate that at this time.

Based on SOS data, the DMV South is the Toughest District with the Virginia District being the Weakest District in the Central Conference.

Hopefully, this will also give you all some inclination on how I view my predictions, so that you all will understand it is not biased. I strictly try to go by the numbers through a statistical analysis of teams against one another on a tour stop by tour stop basis. Of course, roster, location, and other external factors are factored in, but SOS is one of the things I have tried to consider for predicting who will emerge victorious and which teams have the best chance to finish top 4 in their respective Districts.
