Holiday Project!

Good Afternoon All,

Happy Holidays to Everyone. In anticipation of the Holidays, I thought I would give you all something to ponder based on a Project I undertook. As the first round of interconference matches of the season in the Central Conference has been completed, I was wondering how each Districts Schedules stack up for the remainder of the Season with roughly 8 stops remaining. Well, I began to punch the numbers, and I have the data for the DMV North and DMV Central.

Below lists the Strength of Schedule of each team in the DMV North and DMV Central and how they rank within their District. Toughest Schedule is 1. and weakest schedule is 11. in each District.

Please note that the numbers reflect the current winning percentage of teams in the DMV North and DMV Central as of December 24, 2024 (I will get to the DMV South and VA some time a bit later but before New Year). Also, I did not consider the Position Round because it is impossible to calculate that at this time. SOS stands for Strength of Schedule.

Maybe some of you can take this information and think about how to improve your odds for the remainder of this UBA Season?
