With Tour Stop #3 concluded, let’s get these predictions done because the road to December is pretty busy. Tour Stop #4 is the interconference matches, which I break down as 4A and 4B, and they should be good ones.
My prediction rate on the year is 45 out of 63 at 71%.
DMV NORTH/CENTRAL INTERCONFERENCE
Tour Stop #4A: Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 2PM EST at AMF Woodlawn
Match 1: Killer Keglers vs. The Expendables – KK has made a few adjustments and are feeling pretty confident but will that bring results? The Expendables are still questionable. KK wins 26 to 14.
Match 2: Pin Krushers vs. DMV Warriors – PK definitely has the bowlers to give the DMV Warriors fits at Woodlawn and the lack of familiarity they have with that house should give a significant edge to PK. PK wins 26 to 14.
Match 3: Da Stoners vs. Boardwalk Empire – This is a tale of two teams trying to find an identity. BE had a good showing at Capital Plaza, but will a consistent lineup be present to make a difference at Woodlawn? Stoners are also searching for some semblance of consistency. Stoners slightly edge this one out 22 to 18.
Match 4: Morning Woods vs. Body Bagz – This should be an interesting match up. MW bowls a lot out of Woodlawn and Body Bagz has a few bowlers out of there, but will it be enough to make a difference. Both teams handicap pairs can hold their own but this may be a match where the scratch pair makes all the difference. Body Bagz wins 24 to 16.
Match 5: Apex Predators vs. Kryptonite – This has potential to be an amazing match if Kryptonite brings their best. Apex looks truly motivated this season and they are bowling together. The House will not effect either team, so it depends on who wants it more. Apex wins 26 to 14.
Match 6: Mutiny vs. DMV Titans – This match is going to be a good one. Mutiny has a strong team and they have stepped up to the plate when they were challenged this season. DMV Titans took a bad loss and need to rebound and get a nice chunk of points this stop to keep a solid lock on second place in the DMV Central. Mutiny edges this one out 24 to 16.
DMV NORTH/CENTRAL INTERCONFERENCE
Tour Stop #4B: Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 2PM EST at AMF Woodlawn
Match 1: Infinite Chaos vs. Infamous – IC should have the advantage here, but Infamous has shown that they can be a bit resilient. IC wins 24 to 16.
Match 2: The Lion’s Den vs. Lethal N’jection – TLD wins by a large margin and the betting window is open. Lil Man don’t avoid this post. lol
Match 3: Outrage vs. Guilty By Association – Assessing this extremely lopsided match up, it will be hard for GBA to get a point here. Outrage wins 36 to 4.
Match 4: Vipers vs. Hot Pockets – Vipers certainly have the familiar advantage at this house but Hot Pockets has the better bowlers. Hot Pockets win 26 to 14.
Match 5: N.W.O. Wolfpack vs. Impact – Wolfpack will be extremely motivated to take as many points as possible in the House of Pain. Impact will look to make a statement. This will be a phenomenal match because with a few bowlers being exchanged, there could be a nice little rivalry with this one. N.W.O. takes this one 24 to 16.
DMV SOUTH/VIRGINIA INTERCONFERENCE
Tour Stop #4A: Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 10AM EST at AMF Fredericksburg
Bye: The Grave Diggers
Match 1: DC Mafia vs. Twisted – Twisted has gotten better but DCM is a different level. DCM has the bowlers for this house and know the terrain. DCM wins 28 to 12.
Match 2: Framed 4 Murda vs. Demolition Crew – Well, this could be a fun one. F4M better bring a total team performance because Demolition has upgraded and can get it done on every pair this season. DC wins 26 to 14.
Match 3: Nightmare on Lane Street vs. Gladiators – This is a pretty rough match up for Nightmare even in this location. Gladiators is extremely good and Nightmare is still figuring out the UBA. Gladiators win 28 to 12.
Match 4: Str8 Bizness Cartel vs. The Risen – SBC and The Risen is going to be great one. SBC is going to match Joey and company’s energy and they are great in this house. SBC wins 28 to 12.
Match 5: PAX Kingpins vs. Fearless – PAX have tried to improve their odds and look better lately, but Fearless just has too much to throw at them. Fearless wins 28 to 12.
Match 6: Washington Replacements vs. The Unforgiven – This can be a decent match but Replacements definitely have the advantage here in this location. Replacements win 26 to 14.
DMV SOUTH/VIRGINIA INTERCONFERENCE
Tour Stop #4B: Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 10AM EST at AMF Fredericksburg
Bye: The Grave Diggers
Match 1: High Powered vs. Hellhounds – This has the potential to be an amazing match up but it all depends on how Hellhounds energy stacks up. Hard to go against HP if they are motivated. HP wins 26 to 14.
Match 2: Dynasty vs. Violators – Dynasty should win this match up, but they have been extremely disappointing this season so far. Violators can sneak a win if they keep things close on scratch. Dynasty wins 26 to 14.
Match 3: Contract Killaz vs. Disturbin Tha Peace – CK can be a rowdy bunch and we know DTP is bringing the noise. CK has bowled well but the teams they have matched up with have simply been better. CK wins 28 to 12.
Match 4: No Clowns Allowed vs. High Voltage – This should be a great match. NCA has bowlers out of this house but High Voltage is familiar with the environment, as well. Can NCA keep pace with High Voltage’s scoring pace? HV wins 26 to 14.
Match 5: NoVA Beastmode vs. The Redeemed – This has some intrigue. The Redeemed is a new team and Beastmode is working on using their pieces in more strategic ways to maximize their bowlers. The house will be advantageous to Beastmode and that gives them the slight edge. Beastmode wins 24 to 16.
