You Down with SBC?

SBC wins the Wilder Cup and Battle Bowl 2023-2024 season

Let’s get on with the last Post-up of the season.

  1. SBC defeats Train Wreck to win the Wilder Cup: SBC wins the Wilder Cup by a nail biting 22-18 victory with a huge second game and clinches it with a 300 / 746 from Dakwan Tyler, who also wins the MVP.
  2. Juice retains: Charles ‘Juice’ Withers defeats Kyle Gall 4-2 to retain the World Title. They could see a rematch sooner than later – they are both in the Southeast and the Unholy Alliance is showing up in a few months…
  3. North def. South. Big Time.: That was the only victory that the Southeast had – the Northeast won ALL of the North Vs. South matches. How will the theme change when we have 3 Conferences instead of 2?
  4. Anthony Simonsen defends the Storm Contract: Simonsen defeated Matt Burzynski 4-1 to hold on to the Storm Contract. Congratulations to Burzynski for getting to the platform to challenge Simonsen.
  5. Fun was had by all: It’s cheesy, but it’s true – this has been one of the best and smoothest Battle Bowls ever. And with more teams joining this season, next year is guaranteed to be crazier. See you in a few weeks!
