***PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR NAME IS HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW, YOUR PRIZE WINNINGS WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD DUE TO US NOT HAVING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE.

There are 2 possible reasons why we may not have your email address on file.
1) You are not a registered member to the www.ubatv.tv.tv website (all members must be registered to this website)
2) You are a registered member to ubatv.tv but are listed as an alias (we cannot locate you if your first & last name is not listed on your profile).

As the UBA transitions into a more secure, faster way to distribute event prize winnings, we are excited to announce that there are now several ways to receive your UBA event prize winnings via bill.com but you as a member, will be the deciding factor for receiving your funds. We have tested this method & it is 100% secure & safe.To receive prize winnings, carefully read the new UBA prize winnings policy below:

Effective immediately, there will be a new process to receiving prize winnings from official UBA events & matches. All members must be registered to the UBA website (www.ubatv.tv). When registering, please use your government name only NO NICKNAMES!!. Emails will not be able to be found if nicknames are listed. This will delay the distribution of your prize winnings.

After cashing in an event/match, your ubatv.tv email will be submitted through bill.com. You will receive an email from bill.com to create an account. Independent Contractor should be selected. Proceed to follow the instructions when setting up your account. As a start, only members who are receiving prize winnings from Battle Bowl XII will be receiving an email invite to bill.com to create an account. For each UBA event/match moving forward, new cashers will then be receiving an invite to create an account (accounts cannot be created unless you receive an invitation from bill.com). Bill.com account is secured.

All prize winnings will then be directly deposited into the account you add on your profile. You will be required to enter your social security number or team EIN number for verification purposes. Members will be allowed to add the following accounts that support direct deposit to their profile:

Banking Account / Paypal / Venmo / Cash App

**NO MORE PRIZE CHECKS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED***

A FOLLOW UP EMAIL WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL MEMBERS NOTIFYING THEM OF WHEN THE BILL.COM INVITE HAS BEEN SENT OUT
