Weekend Preview: Ohio-no

Let’s look at what we have coming up this weekend. For all those who want to bowl – or not want to bowl, we will help you figure out where you should – or shouldn’t – be going.

1. Delaware is off the naughty list.
   This is good news for anyone who wants to be at Battle Bowl but were afraid if they showed up that they would have to quarantine for 14 days. Delaware is now off the Quarantine list, so you could go there even now and bowl and come back without having to get stuck in your house.
   
2. Ohio is on the naughty list.
   However, the same can’t be said for Ohio, who just got put on the naughty list. So if you’re planning on bowling up there, you need to make sure you don’t show up outside your house for 14 days.
   
3. New York is still closed.
   If you live in New York and you want to bowl, you can either go north, south, or east. But you have to bowl somewhere that’s not the Empire state. At least for nowm until Phase 4 starts, which is next week. Maybe. Pending on what the politicians in charge decide to do.
   
4. Lots of action in CT and NJ and PA.
   It shouldn’t have to be said if you’ve been following social media. But yes, there’s lots of tournaments to whet your starvation of lack of Summer leagues or bowling events.
   
5. North Carolina is…open?
   Well that depends on what you believe, Right now, North Carolina is open BUT whether or not it stays that way will be up for the courts to decide. But regardless, South Carolina and Georgia is in play if you want to go under the Mason-Dixon line.
